Welcome Everyone!

The season is uponst me! My odd little hobby of raising Monarch Butterlies has now gone into high gear and upon persistent urging...I have finally begun to put down all of the excitement that will take place over the next 6 weeks or so.
Thank-you very much for reading this blog and perhaps you will find yourself wanting to help a critter on this planet that needs help.

TIP!

For anyone who might be interested in Monarch Ranching, I recommend that you start with only 2-3 eggs at the most.

Reason??

Monarch Ranching takes time each day to 2xs clean their area, and to go grocery shopping to ensure that all of the 'pillars have a clean, fresh supply of Milkweed.

Now for me this year, I have 24 'pillars to take care of.  And that takes me 2.5-3 hours per day to clean them and feed them.

And when they are a larger size, they can really frass up a mess and eat LOTS!

So, I just want to make sure that your Monarch Ranching experience is the best possible when you start and most of all, manageable time and energy wise.

Cheers,  MNN
